About Rocklyn Ashram

Located in the tranquil nature of Dja Dja Warrung country on the edge of the Wombat State Forest, Rocklyn Ashram offers a rare opportunity to experience the depth of traditional yoga in a simple, peaceful and nourishing setting.

Rooted in the tradition of Satyananda Yoga, the ashram encompasses the key paths of yoga: Hatha, Bhakti, Jnana, Raja, Kriya, Mantra, and Karma. Together, these practices support physical vitality, emotional balance, mental clarity, and inner stillness.

The ashram also hosts initiatives in eco-building, forest care, and organic food growing, offering a lived experience of Karma Yoga.
