About your teachers
Jodie Stroll
Jodie became curious about yoga whilst travelling in India in her early 20s. She experienced the benefits of a regular yoga practice on her mental, physical and spiritual well being and embedded yoga into her daily life, exploring different yoga styles as she flowed through her life stages.
Jodie sees her role as a yoga teacher to create a comfortable and safe space for everyone who wishes to practise yoga. A space for self discovery, growth and acceptance.
Jessie Kindynis
Jessica is a seasoned yoga practitioner and teacher whose classes integrate the dynamic and energetic qualities of pranayama and kriya into a grounded asana practice.
Drawing on years of embodied dance practice and her background as a naturopath, Jessie integrates a holistic understanding of prāṇa and vitality with somatic movement resources, and a commitment sharing life enhancing ways of moving and being in this life.
