What is the Intro Pass?

Our intro pass is $37 for 14 days of unlimited classes.
If you’re new to the studio, it’s the best value pass; it allows you to attend as many classes as you like in the 14-day period. We recommend you practice as often as you can and try all of the classes we have on offer. Are your classes suitable for beginners?

We offer a 6-week beginners course that is designed for beginners to provide you with a solid foundation and understanding of yoga through postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. The course will explore the many benefits of yoga, including strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and well-being.
Otherwise, as a beginner, you can try our Hatha, Yin, and slow flow classes. We would suggest avoiding the vinyasa flow classes, as they require a certain level of knowledge to keep up with the pace!

What do I need to wear/bring to class?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring water and an open mind. If you have your own mat, bring it along; if not, no problem—we provide mats and all other props, including yoga blocks, straps, and bolsters.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no requirement to have a certain level of flexibility or balance. Practicing yoga will help increase the flexibility of your physical body and mind.

Do I need to book in?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are preferred, especially to avoid disappointment, as classes and events do book out. Further, you will only receive updates about the class if you are booked in.

How long are the classes?

Question 7

What if I need to cancel my class?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your attendance and get a credit if you do so 1 hour prior to the class start time. Tickets purchased using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to your package or usage limit. Other purchases will be returned as credits to your account.
