We offer a 6-week beginners course that is designed for beginners to provide you with a solid foundation and understanding of yoga through postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. The course will explore the many benefits of yoga, including strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and well-being. Otherwise, as a beginner, you can try our Hatha, Yin, and slow flow classes. We would suggest avoiding the vinyasa flow classes, as they require a certain level of knowledge to keep up with the pace! Explore our yoga styles
