Founded in 2015, Ananda Yoga situated in Belgrave main street is a sanctuary that offers a wholistic approach to yoga. Classes range from beginners, gentle Hatha, Yin, right through to more dynamic Vinyasa Flow and incorporate meditation, Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). Ananda assists students in finding a deeper sense of peace whilst also increasing their physical strength and flexibility.
The studio also hosts an array of transformational workshops and dance classes. Our diverse timetable has been designed to offer you a variety of yoga styles and teachers to suit all levels, allowing you to find the class that best suits your lifestyle. Our studio is heated using infrared heating panels so you can feel cozy all year round.
